  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1/2 cup of non-fat Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 cups of milk or almond milk
  • 1 cup of Old-fashioned Oats
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 1 cup of almond milk

  • 1 cup of orange juice, fresh-squeezed
  • 4 oz of peach greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of peaches
  • 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks
  • a handful of ice cubes

  • 1 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup avocado
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup chocolate soy milk
  • 1/8 cup raw cashews

6. Green Tea Smoothie

Single serving

  • 1 cup Baby Spinach 7
  • 1 cups green tea strongly brewed and frozen into ice cubes
    • Steep 1 cups of boiling water with two green tea bags. Let the tea sit for 10-15 minutes. (to ensure tea is very strong). Pour tea into ice cube trays to freeze. Let freeze solid.
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup honeydew melon
  • 2 tablespoons honey
